A North East business has launched new innovative Meet and Greet language guides aimed at increasing tourism and exports around the region and UK.
Going Global Skills want to help businesses overcome communication barriers as well as improving customer service with their latest idea. The language guides come in a choice of 11 languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish; with everyday Meet and Greet phrases and how to pronounce them.
Richard Sice, Director at Going Global Skills said: “The guides are a great way for businesses and individuals to communicate easily in different languages and impress potential clients. It is a simple yet very powerful tool and very easy to use. My vision is that eventually the cards will sit on reception desks in every hotel and guest house in the country.”
Having worked with Pulse Creative Marketing before, Richard turned to them once again in order for a new strategy to sell his range of language guides. Pulse delivered his online site, www.goingglobalstore.com, which was designed and developed to provide Richard and his team with a flexible, easy to use e-commerce website that allows the guides and other products to access a worldwide audience.
Richard said: “Having previously worked with Pulse I knew they would help make this project as simple and straight forward as possible. They are a very knowledgeable team with a great mix of skills. I was expecting the process to be more difficult than it actually was which is testament to the Pulse team.”
Paul Finch, manager at Pulse said: “I’m really pleased to see Richard’s business develop and grow in such a short period of time. His e-commerce site really complements his business and he has the foundations to develop and grow in the future. We are already working with Richard to design some effective e-shots to help promote the site.”
Paul continued: “The growth of e-commerce over the past few years has been astronomical – In the first half of 2012 it is estimated that over £35 billion pounds were spent online in the UK and that figure is growing at a phenomenal rate. It has never been easier to get online and there may even be funding available to help you.”
