Autosounds tune into new website

Newcastle based Autosounds, who have been trading 35 years, recently turned to Pulse Creative Marketing to provide them with a new website to help grow the business. Autosounds understand that their customers have high expectations for quality car audio products and wanted to ensure their website reflected this.

Ian Hunter, Manager at Autosunds said,“We recognise that your vehicle is one of your largest investments, so treat it accordingly with solid installation practices and quality products. We are proud to have FOUR MASTER accreditation and make sure all our installs are far above and beyond all industry standards. With our previous website we were unable to make updates so it was quickly out of date and didn’t reflect the full range of products and services we offer. We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding customer service so revamping the website to demonstrate this was vital.”

Autosounds turned to Pulse Creative Marketing who undertook a website review and provided advice on how to design a new website. Key elements that were included in the new website were an easy to use content management system allowing updates to be made and responsive design which resizes the website automatically depending on the device being used to view the site e.g. PC, tablet or mobile.

Assistance was also provided to develop a range of digital marketing solutions such as a series of email marketing templates to distribute news and latest offers to customers. The new website is already proving to be a valuable asset with a number of customer enquiries being received along with positive feedback from customers.
