Marketing Review
The aim of our Free Marketing Review is to get to know you and find out how we can help. To do this we’ll run through a series of questions to establish where you are now and where you’d like to be. We’ll also try to determine who your potential customers and competitors are and find out more about your product / service. This process is important as it helps us to understand your business and more importantly forms the basis of your marketing strategy and marketing plan, which we can help with if required.

Project brief
The next step will be to formulate a project brief and outline the areas where we can add value to your business. We do this by either providing you with a marketing mind map that graphically represents how we can help or in a detailed proposal / project brief. You can of course have both. After you’ve reviewed the information we’ll answer any questions you may have and then you can decide if you’d like to proceed.

Implementation
Following a discussion around the project brief we’ll confirm with you how you’d like to proceed and make every step as clear and simple as possible. We’ll agree project milestones so you know when and what to expect. We think it is important to communicate with you regularly during the implementation phase so we constantly get your feedback either in person, on the phone or via email.

Review
Finally, following completion of your project we’ll make sure you are happy with everything we’ve done and ask for your feedback.

With a background in creative marketing and vast experience of providing marketing consultancy and coaching to businesses of all sizes, he is passionate about helping you implement effective marketing solutions.

Paul has also developed ‘Marketing Magic’ – a unique marketing seminar that has helped open the doors to successful marketing for hundreds of entrepreneurs and businesses. Seminars are delivered regularly throughout the region.
